From the courtyard an entrance hall with many potted plants opens to the main residence of 3 bedrooms in total. Built on 1 floor. The main house is divided into “living areas” on the right and the sleeping quarters on the left, separated by a hallway. To the right, the open kitchen with island. Towards the end, a cosy breakfast area with comfortable chairs looking out onto the rose garden and the Ronda landscape! Kitchen has AC and a wood burner. Connected with the laundry area with pantry.
Continuing, the open living room with dining room, with double height ceilings. Creating a very open and spacious sensation. Large windows allow the natural light to bathe the room. From here you have spectacular views over the mountains and the rose garden! Heating & cooling by wood burner and AC. Finally, a formal dining room, also used as a TV room. The formal dining room opens up to the covered terrace with an additional lounging area. From here you take in the Andalusian lifestyle.
On the left side of the hallway 3 spacious bedrooms, all with AC. The first guest bedroom has a separate access to a bathroom. The second guest bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom, also ensuite and has a walk in closet. From here you also have direct access to the covered terrace where you can unwind and enjoy the spectacular panoramic views.
From the covered terrace, where there is plentiful space to lounge, relax and dine outside, you walk onto the large open patio. From here, direct access to the garden and pool. The pool is surrounded by beautiful and fragrant roses and has fantastic views over the Ronda mountains and of course, your very own vineyard! Separate covered BBQ area.
Back in the central courtyard, the 2 guest apartments, both with AC. On the right wing, a 2 bedroom guest apartment built over 2 floors. On the bottom floor a guest WC, kitchen, living and dining. On the first floor, the 2 bedrooms, sharing 1 bathroom. Also an open terrace from where you have beautiful views over your vineyard and of course the Ronda landscape. On the right wing, the 2nd guest apartment. Also, a 2 bedroom apartment built over 1 floor. Open kitchen, living and dining. 2 bedrooms sharing 1 bathroom.
From the courtyard there is direct access to the winery and the shop! The winery (140m2 additional to the 520m2 built) has a double access, from the courtyard and from the back of the house. The winery comprises the fermentation room in stainless steel tanks (17.500L in total), area for bottling and labelling. Downstairs the barrels (35 units) and the stock. The wine is elaborated from grapes planted in 2006. The varieties are Syrah (6.683m2), Cabernet Sauvignon (9.655m2) and Merlot (2.841m2), total 19.000m2. Approximately, 10.000 bottles per year. Total capacity of the winery is prepared for 22.000L.
The bodega is very successful with bookings for wine tourism made in advance! They have won several prices! Open to all public, handicap toilet available.
