Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Casares, Málaga. As a Junior Sales Agent at Villas & Fincas you will learn everything about the pre-sales process, ranging from client contact, property matching and viewing organisation. Second, we will teach you how to do viewings the V&F style, how to negotiate with clients. Finally, you will be fully trained in order to handle the post-sale process once there is an accepted offer. Our entire purpose is to train you from A-Z, and teach you all the ins and outs of the Villas & Fincas method.
- You will learn how to thoroughly engage in conversation with the potential buyers to fully comprehend their search requirements and identify their needs.
- You will learn how to provide clients with personalised property advise and give them further information about the different areas in Andalucía & about the Luxury Andalusian Lifestyle
- You will learn how to organise viewings and liaise with owners and/or property managers
- You will learn how to manage the negotiations
- You will learn how to manage the post sale process, by bringing your buyer in contact with trusted lawyers and manage the entire reservation period.
- You will learn how to guide the buyer through the sales process until the day of the Notary & Beyond.
- You will have created a personal bond with your client and will be ready to help them at all times, even after a sale. Think of bringing them in contact with the right builders, property managers, plumbers, etc.
Collaboration with team members and partner professionals is essential to deliver unparalleled service and expertise in the Andalusian Country Property Real Estate market.
Qualifications & Requirements
Hard Skills
- Experience in Real Estate is not necessary
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Huge bonus is you speak any additional languages
- Strong interest in people (genuinely wanting to get to know them & wanting to help)
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment with a focus on collaboration; you are a team player
- You are pro-active and are very open minded when it comes to learning new skills
- Driver’s license is essential
Soft Skills
- You are empathetic and curious, showing real interest in your team mates & clients
- Familiarity & Passion for the Andalusian lifestyle (cultural knowledge, history facts, gastronomical interests…)
- Curiosity for the Andalusian Countryside Lifestyle
- You like to challenge yourself and always keep improving!
- You work well on ad-hoc basis and can manage & prioritise tasks skilfully
- You understand you are a team player and therefore help with additional tasks, sometimes unrelated to sales (eg. blog writing, administration, content creation, house preparation…)
