Accessed by a well maintained gravelled track. The cortijo and the guest house lay beautifully in the midst the olive groves of the Ronda landscape. Upon entry, there is a roundabout with ample parking space for at least 3 cars . Furthermore a garage with enough space for 1 car. An aesthetic stairway leads to the front patio, partly covered and partly uncovered. The patio has been beautifully embellished with Andalusian arches, decorative and colourful pots with plants, and beautiful lamps that create the perfect picture and ambiance.
Upon entry through large wooden doors, you find the heart of the house: the large open plan living room with dining room. Finished with high ceilings and large windows to give you access to the beautiful outdoor areas. A cosy and large fireplace is central to the living room for winter evenings. Next to the fireplace, there is underfloor heating throughout the entire cortijo. From the living room you can access the right and left wings, as well as the terrace and courtyard.
Starting in the left wing, you will find 3 beautiful suites, all with private bathrooms and AC units, hot and cold. The 3 suites have access through the main house. The third suite also has an independent access through the courtyard. The suits have been carefully designed creating spacious and bright bedrooms.
Continuing in the right wing, a kitchen that will be fully renovated to match the modern-Andalusian style of the cortjio. If you want to part-take in the design of the kitchen & laundry room, you may do so. There is an approximate budget of 40.000€ for the kitchen.
Further in the right wing, 2 additional guest suites, both with private bathrooms. A separate guest toilet.
