From the main road, a very well maintained and wide rural track, partly cemented and partly gravel, leads to the property. The top floor is subdivided in 2 completely independent and fully fitted homes. Both houses have a private entrance from the outside, as well as a second entrance through the central patio. Both houses have direct access to the front and back terraces, decorated with beautiful plants and cosy sitting areas to enjoy the outdoor life as much as possible. On the back terrace, a jacuzzi and a pétanque field.

Starting with the 4 bedroom house. Upon entry a very cosy living room with high ceilings and a fireplace. Separate fully fitted kitchen, Andalusian style and a dining room. From the living room you can access the central patio, connecting to the front and back terrace. From the dining room, double glazed sliding doors connect to the front terrace. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and its own "walk-in" closet. The master suite has direct access to the front terrace with lounge set. From here, again, the views are breathtakingly beautiful.

From the front terrace, stairs lead down to the basement. The stairs lead to private terrace with outdoor dining table, where you can soak in the Andalusian vistas. Gorgeous glass doors give access to the basement hall, decorated in style, creating a sitting and entertainment area with ping pong table. On this floor, 1 large bedroom with built in wardrobes and a separate guest bathroom. Finally, a fully set up and incredibly spacious entertainment and games room on the far end. This can be kept as a TV/entertainment room, but can be converted into another bedroom, a large office, a gym, a workshop, a gallery, a music room… Also on the ground floor, you can access the spacious garage for 2 cars, with laundry area included.

Continuing outside, from the ground floor you can access a large workshop. The pebbled path leads you to the pool area. The pool is large and beautifully located, looking out onto the olive grove, the vines and the mountainous landscape. There is more than enough space to lay back in your sun lounger and take in the best of the Andalusian lifestyle.

The plot is planted with olive trees, almond trees, vines, several citrus trees and some avocados. On the plot there is ruin. The house is connected to mains water and electricity. There is an 15.000l water deposit on the plot. All bedrooms are fitted with AC (hot and cold) and the living rooms have wood burners. The 2 bedroom house has underfloor heating. House built in 2006 and was renovated approximately 6 years ago.
