Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Casares, Málaga. As a Sales Agent you are responsible for ensuring a smooth sales process from A-Z for the Villas & Fincas clients
- You will engage in conversation with the potential buyers to fully comprehend their search requirements and identify their needs.
- You will provide them with personalised property advise and give them further information about the different areas in Andalucía & about the Luxury Andalusian Lifestyle
- You will organise viewings and liaise with owners and/or property managers
- You will be responsible for the negotiations
- You will be responsible to bring your buyer in contact with trusted lawyers and manage the entire reservation period. It is your responsibility to ensure that your buyer is always at ease and happy with their purchase
- You will guide the buyer through the sales process until the day of the Notary & Beyond.
- You will have created a personal bond with your client and will be ready to help them at all times, even after a sale. Think of bringing them in contact with the right builders, property managers, plumbers, etc.
Collaboration with team members and partner professionals is essential to deliver unparalleled service and expertise in the Andalusian Country Property Real Estate market.
Qualifications & Requirements
Hard Skills
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Real Estate Sales
- Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
- Strong Customer Service skills to provide top-tier support to clients
- Strong Communication skills
- Excellent Negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM, Inmobalia
- Knowledge of the real estate industry, particularly luxury and/or country properties
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment with a focus on collaboration; you are a team player
- You are pro-active
- Driver’s license
Soft Skills
- You are empathetic and curious, showing real interest in your clients
- Familiarity with the Andalusian real estate market is highly desirable
- Knowledge/Curiosity of the Andalusian Countryside Lifestyle
- You like to challenge yourself and always keep improving!
- You work well on ad-hoc basis and can manage & prioritise tasks skilfully
- You understand you are a team player and therefore help with additional tasks, sometimes unrelated to sales (eg. blog writing, administration, content creation, house preparation…)
