Role Description for Sales Assistant & Content Creator

This is a part-time role for a Sales Assistant & Pre Sales position, for 25 hours a week, from 09:00-14:00. On site, located in Casares village, the Sales Assistant & Pre Sales role involves supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, updating the database and maintaining customer service standards.

The role includes interacting with clients, both buyers and sellers, in the form of telephone and email contact. You will be in charge of performing many of the first intakes with potential buyers and executing property searches for them. Finally, you will be asked to assist in content creation in the form of social media and blog writing.

Qualifications

The Sales Assistant of Villas & Fincas Country properties must have (most of )the following qualifications:

  • Proficiency in both written and verbal English and Spanish
  • Bonus: any other language (Dutch, German, French, Italian, Polish, Russian,…)
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service experience
  • Excellent Communication abilities
  • Is client/people oriented
  • Some sales experience and capability to support sales processes
  • Excellent Organisation & Planning Skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Ability to work project-based
  • Avid learner
  • Previous experience in real estate or a related field is a plus
