Immaculate Country House in Villanueva de la Concepción, Malaga, Andalusia. A very comfortable property on the countryside. The country house is surrounded by an old olive and almond grove and is overlooking the impressive El Torcal Natural Park. The house was built in 2007 and many authentic details have been added to give it the true Andalusian feel. Antique wooden doors, the cobbled courtyard, the high beamed ceilings, the stone walls in the garden, you know you’re in Andalusia! The build size is divided into 280m2 for the house and 115m2 for the basement/garage.

A short track crossing a river leads to the entrance gate. Ample parking around the house. Wooden doors open to a beautiful courtyard with fountain from where one accesses the main house. All accommodation is on one floor. A distribution hall gives way to a very spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living room with a high beamed ceilings. Terrace doors lead to a covered terrace on the side, which can be closed of with glass curtains. There is also an ample covered terrace on the front. This is an old threshing floor, where the grain was spread for the wind, or donkeys driven around, to separate the edible part from the stalks. From the era you enter the less formal garden with fruit trees as Mulberries, vines, citrus and fig trees. Furthermore, the finca has a small olive and almond grove of its own. There are roughly 250-300 olive trees, which are of the varieties Hojiblanca and Manzanilla. Depending on the produce the current owner keeps the oil or sells it to the cooperative. There is also a field behind the house which is yearly seeded with wheat, this is fully maintained and harvested by a local farmer.

This lovely country house is finished to a high standard. Kitchen and bathrooms have been updated 2 years ago, all floors have been retiled (except the basement). The finca is connected to mains electricity and has its own water well with water deposit and filter installation. The country house has double glazing, underfloor heating with thermostats in every room. Heating and hot water are fired by a Diesel boiler. Ceiling fans throughout the house.
