They are accessed by a private road which is steep in parts and thus requires confident drivers. They are totally private and secluded from each other. They are perfect as staff accommodation. The Molino has two double bedrooms, one with shower room, the other with family bathroom. Kitchen/ dining room, sitting room. There is outside dining terrace and private pool. The Bodega has two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Open plan sitting room/dining room /kitchen. Outside is the part covered terrace for dining and private swimming pool.
Local Amenities: as well as the stunning local countryside and wild-life are the national parks of the Sierra Bermeja and Sierra Crestillina, The property is a short drive away from several world class golf courses- including Finca Cortesin, with its hotel spa ( ten minutes) and Valderama, (30 minutes), and of course all of the restaurants and facilities of the Costa Del Sol. We have nearly reached the end of the summer holidays and find it a good time to look back on developments with regards to country property Casares.
