The large reception room gives way to the different apartments, a kitchen area, the chapel and the covered terrace. Each apartment also has its own entrance from the outside and four of them have their own terraces which make it ideal to rent out as well. One of the apartments is suitable for disabled people. The restoration has been awarded a prize and a special mention by the Local Authorities and the EUROPA NOSTRA AWARDS 2006 in recognition of a valuable contribution to the conservation and enhancement of cultural heritage.
The property has its own water well, is connected to mains electricity and has 100 MB fibre optic internet. There is recently a project for a 25 kW solar panel system installed. Heat pumps are powered by this solar installation.
