Each area opens up to the outdoors. The living room, with fire place, has large glass doors opening up to a lounge terrace, overlooking the pool area. The double height dining room opens to a covered terrace, beautifully finished with partly tiled pillars, overlooking the lush gardens. The fully fitted open-plan kitchen with island to separate from the living has a door leading to the outdoor dining area. The kitchen is connected to a utility room. The outdoor dining with BBQ has a pergola which is covered in summer by the leaves of an ancient old vine, filtering light yet providing shade. In winter, you have the morning sun here to enjoy breakfast outdoors!

And in the old days, there were two more levels of Alhambra features, they are a bit overgrown at present. A fruit garden with lemons, nispero, orange, quince, apricots, amongst others, has been preserved and there is space for a herb garden near the kitchen.
Below the house is an avocado farm of approximately 3 hectares which belongs to the finca. A one of a kind property that must be seen!
The house is connected to mains electricity and water and has well water for irrigation.
