The double height dining room opens to a covered terrace, beautifully finished with partly tiled pillars, overlooking the lush gardens. The fully fitted open-plan kitchen with island to separate from the living has a door leading to the outdoor dining area. The kitchen is connected to a utility room. The outdoor dining with BBQ has a pergola which is covered in summer by the leaves of an ancient old vine, filtering light yet providing shade.
