Big game and small game hunting estate of 1700 ha with a hunting lodge in the province of Seville, Andalusia. There is deer and wild boar and a variety of small game. The estate is fully fenced and within the estate, a separate area of 900 hectares is fenced off for wild boar. 3 Monterías are organized yearly. In the cadastre appear 1900m constructed area of agricultural buildings and residences.
The estate is well maintained, very accessible, has an extensive infrastructure of trails within the finca. No rights of way are crossing the finca. The finca can roughly be divided into three parts. At the entrance, there is an area of approximately 200 ha of flat land, ‘dehesa’ ideal for livestock.
A second part is formed by sloping hills and ample grazing land, and the third part is more mountainous and planted with a cork oak forest. 16 Ponds spread out over the estate provide sufficient water for the animals. The varied landscape makes the finca very attractive. Strolling over the land you feel privileged to be surrounded by this pristine natural beauty, completely private. You will also find the beautiful old stone walls, marking the old boundaries, several maybe over 100-year-old pig sties and cottages. The finca is officially registered for the Iberian pigs.
There are three guard houses, to be renovated, at different entrances of the estate and several barns. In the centre of the estate is the new build hunting lodge, overlooking the meadows where the deer comes to graze. The hunting lodge is built in Cortijo style, with a traditional courtyard, has a large hunters room, toilet facilities, a spacious bedroom and bathroom and a fully self-contained 3 bedroom house.
The finca is fully self-sustainable, provides sufficient income to maintain the grounds through the cork production, the sale of hunting rights, livestock and grants. The current owner has optimized the management of the finca which is now easy to take over by the next owner.
The finca has electricity through 3 transformers, one for each construction. It has its own water supply through boreholes for the houses. The shooting estate is at 50 minutes from the airport of Seville.
