Large plot of approximately 42 Hectares in Arcos de la Frontera, bordering the lake of Bornos in Andalusia.
The land will have water rights from the lake soon. On the land are small ruins of ca. 200m2. The land entertains spectacular views over the lake towards Bornos village and the Grazalema Nature Parks and has partly a Eucalyptus tree plantation of 2.5Ha. The area is well known for its excellent wine estates. We are confident that this land is suitable for wine production as well.
What can you do with this property?
You can present at the local town hall and the Junta de Andalucía, an agriculture project or a project to breed horses and to build a private villa with stables, a bodega, wine cellars and or warehouses. With this amount of land on this location there is most of the time a way to get these projects approved. Normally it would take 12 months including architectural plans and agriculture studies that need to be done. There is also the possibility to do a tourism project that would be defined through a "Proyecto de Actuación" approved by the Junta de Andalucía. The current owner is experienced with these projects and is willing to assist.
Arcos de la Frontera is close to the Grazalema Natural Parks, the Formula 1 racecourse and is only 20 minutes from Jerez, 40 minutes to Sevilla and about one hour to the beaches of the Costa de la Luz.
