Magnificent cortijo dated from the mid 19th century, restored and converted in to an Hacienda in Lecrín, Granada, Andalusia. This amazing Hacienda is set in the heart of the Sierra Nevada National Park, surrounded by olive and almond trees over 5 hectares of land.

The current owners of this beautiful finca first fell in love with it on there first visit in 2006, and from this moment on wards, they started their Spanish adventure restoring the cortijo and converting it in to an Hacienda full of detail and history, used as a successful mountain retreat.

It has 350m2 build, distributed over two floors. The ground floor comprises nine bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a toilet, library, kitchen, dining room, reception, drawing room with fire place, an intimate chapel, an installations room and a magnificent patio of 132m2, where you can enjoy the sun and at the same time, a typical Andalusian breakfast.

The first floor comprises a self-contained apartment, including a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, hallway, bathroom, and a large terrace. There are also storage rooms on this floor.

The finca has a big terraces and mature gardens around the house, a large swimming pool. It also has a 100.000 litres water deposit, its own water supply from a spring and electricity is provided by 16 PV solar panels and 24 supply batteries. For hot water supply and underfloor heating surface, it has 10 heating panels that allows the property to have hot water all year round, in addition to a supplementary boiler.

It has an amazing garden where you can disconnect from the routine, meditate and breath fresh air. On the land there are 300 almond trees and 300 olive trees.

The property is only 5km from medical centres, banks and shops in Lecrín, 35 km to Granada, 35km to the Mediterranean beaches and 125km to Málaga.
