The first villa with pool, suitable for double living, measures 440m², the second villa with pool measures 329m². The wooden cottage has 122m2 built size. Furthermore the stable, including the patio, 337m² and the barn measures 152m².

The property is set in the most stunning scenery. A beautiful and well maintained olivegrove surrounds the houses. The views over the fileds, toward the mountains are breathtaking. All buildings are in a good condition, but need updating to todays standard.

The first villa comprises on the ground floor of an entrance hall with guest toilet, an storage. Access to a large open plan living/dining and kitchen. Further two spacious bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite. Stairs in the entrance hall lead to the first floor with another spacious and bright living. On a split level, a second fully fitted kitchen with direct access to the dining room. The is a good sized bedroom with bathrooms ensuite on the first floor as well, plus the large master bedroom with bathroom en suite. This one has a lovely private terrace, with spectacular views. From the dining room you have direct access to the terraces. There is an outdoor kitchen and outdoor dining area and a 11m x 4m pool. Ample terraces for sunbathing and beautiful views over the garden and olive grove. The villa is perfectly set up for double living.

Next to the formal garden with lawn there is an orange grove set next to the villa. Both villas have their private entrance gate from the main road, yet have also an internal road that connects them. The third house is a wooden cottage, currently in use by the caretaker. It has an entrance, large open plan living/kitchen and two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. It is fitted with air conditioning.

The equestrian facilities comprises a large stable with 12 boxes 3m x 4m, 2 boxes 3 × 6m one of which has air conditioning; 2 tack rooms, a grooms room, grooms kitchen and bathroom and an extra shower room for guests. It has a shower area and a covered saddling area. Near the stable is a launge pin for training. Paddocks used to be created in the olive grove with electric fencing. Several water and feeding areas have been created here as well as shelters. There is a large flat area of approximately 50m x 70m that was in use as riding arena. This has not been maintained and is currently overgrown. It is however fairly easy to re-create a competition sized arena here. In the old days they had up to 50 horses on the premises. At present there are 4 donkeys and the OCA license is currently for 5 animals. There is also a large barn that can be used to store hay and feed and to store machinery.

Located at just a few minutes from the centre of Coín, 35 minutes from Málaga and Marbella. Connected to mains electricity, water through their own wells. One well is used for the houses, two for irrigations and the fourth for the animals. There are approximately 1200 olive trees on the land and this year (2017), they have harvested over 20.000kg of olives, aproximately 4000L of oil. Next to the olives there is a wide selection of fruit trees as well. The estate is set up to live with several families. This is not easy to re-create under the current building law in Andalusia.
