A Large hunting farm on an elevated position in the Sierra Morena, overlooking the lake towards the castle of Almodóvar del Río, in the province of Córdoba. The farm has approximately 332 hectares. There is about 4 km of well-maintained dirt roads to travel by car. In the estate is an old Cortijo, a wonderfully natural and relaxing oasis of approximately 245 m2. At 100 metres distance, two pig stables and another house in need of repair, plus two more ruins on the other side of the estate, one overlooking the lake. Almost completely fenced with cattle netting.
The property is used for small and big game hunting, such as deer, wild boar, partridge, rabbits. In addition, it is used also for livestock grazing, production of some cork, and some olive trees. The property has four wells equipped with pump systems. The land is "monte baja", meaning scrubland, all hillside, with ancient oak trees, grassland, olive trees, an old orchard with orange trees, a well, an old irrigation system, plus a ruin.
The land is ideal for breeding horses, Cerdo Ibérico (Iberian pigs), cows, etc. Most of the land is surrounded by the lake. On the lake, there is sailing and some fishing and there is a marina near the village.
