Historical Hacienda, or Cortijo, Country Estate with 86ha of land for sale located in the Cordoba area, in Andalusia, Spain. The property, horse farm, is situated on an elevated position with panoramical views to the olive fields and the lakes with more than 86 hectares of forest and olives. The Hacienda and Olive mill were built between 1778 – 1788, with formal architecture, and with a large olive grove to produce olive oil. Built entirely from blocks of red stone Molinaza, extracted from quarries of the same farm, and worked by the artisans of that time. It follows a formal pattern of marked sobriety.
The Hacienda is organized around a central courtyard, of almost 1,000 m2, paved flooring and masonry of river stones. The courtyard is accessed through the arched entrance in the west facade, with the seals of the house of the Marques del Boil.
The west wing to the left are the dining areas with fireplace, a bar, industrial kitchen, pantry and services. On the right a cleaning room and the great suite, La Condesa, with more than 110 m2, hall, large living room with fireplaces on 4 sides, master bedroom with en suite bathroom with jet shower and whirlpool bath and second bedroom with bathroom.
In the south we find the entrance to a gallery which leads to an independent duplex apartment, the former “Sacristy” and the entrance of the first apartment. It consists of large entrance hall, staircase of masonry with glazed balconies overlooking the interior patio, living room with fireplace and kitchenette, bedroom with bathroom, master bedroom with bathroom and dressing integrated. Ground floor bathroom and two bedrooms. Next, a separate apartment with living room-kitchen and a bedroom with bathroom and dressing room. These homes enjoy the sunniest side and panoramical views to the Guadalquivir Valley.

On the east side, in the center, the old olive mill, a room with very large proportions used as the living room and for entertainment. There are still remains of the old mill. This part of the building has toilets, store rooms, changing rooms and an exit to the gardens, the large 90 m2 Pool with bar, BBQ and recreation area.
This mill is framed by two perpendicular buildings consisting of 4 suites on two floors and staff house with own rear entrance.
Finally on the north side a superior suite on the upper level and lower 4 suites fully equipped, one for the disabled.
Outside the main building, in former stables, with a magnificent stone building, double arches of masonry and original woodwork, 4 fully equipped suites. The other building is a reception office and another large apartment, with 96 m2 living room with kitchen, fireplace, bedroom with full bath and master bedroom duplex with an XVII Century fireplace (molinaza), ensuite bathroom and a porch and private garden. On the North side is a large carport for 10 cars.
