A vineyard in Cordoba? Yes! I was so suprised when we drove out to list a property near Montilla in the province of Cordoba. Suddenly I found myself in the middle of vineyards. After driving for miles through olive country, the landscape changed. The slopes were covered in vines as far as the eye could see and I passed one Bodega after the other.
I always linked the beaches in Huelva with the mass tourism holiday resorts in Islantilla. And I was wrong! Huelva holds some hidden treasures. Beautiful small coastal villages. Sure, with tourist accomodation, but small scale. Lovely long stretched sandy beaches. Delicious fresh fish in the authentic restaurants. Lovely little harbours. A perfect example of authentic and sustainable tourism. A joy to spend your holiday!
